I get the "to have shoes that fit me" part, and it applies all too well while in Japan. Ideas on the rest?

For whatever reason, I've always been fascinated by personality tests and the like. I found this one which, based on a fixed set of adjectives, attempts to define how you view yourself vs. how others view you.
